1. What do you charge for shipping?

We offer standard UPS shipping as our delivery method. Sorry, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, P.O. boxes or outside the contiguous United States.

2. What is your refund or exchange policy?

At Mango Tree, we guarantee all online purchases will meet your expectations. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your Mango Tree online purchase, please follow the simple instructions listed on the back of your packing slip.

Our online return/exchange policies:

1. Items purchased online may NOT be returned to the retail store.
2. Packing slip instructions must be followed to insure accurate credit.
3. Sterling silver flatware is NOT returnable or exchangeable.
4. All custom and special order merchandise is final sale.
5. Merchandise must be returned in the original box within 3 weeks of receipt.
6. Refunds will only be given in the form of original payment to the original purchaser.
7. These policies are not applicable to items purchased at the retail store.

3. Can I get my order status online?

Yes. When you complete an online order at MangoTreeHome.com and your credit card information is verified, you are assigned an order number, which you can use for all further inquiries. Once your order has been shipped, you will be e-mailed a UPS tracking number and a UPS link where you can check the progress of your delivery.

4. Will you gift wrap and include a gift message?

At your request, we will wrap all of your purchases free of charge, except for oversized and unusually shaped boxes. Simply request giftwrapping and a gift card during the checkout process. We do not print prices on packing slips.

5. How do I add items to my registry?

Go to MangoTreeHome.com and log in using your username and password. Your registry items will be brought up. Click on a category link you are interested in. Browse for merchandise until you find what you are looking for. When you do, enter the quantity you are interested in and click "Add to Registry".

6. How soon will my order be delivered?

We make every effort to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. In the event of a delay in your order, you will be notified by e-mail. Should part of your order be delayed, you may receive a partial order. You will only be billed for the merchandise shipped, and shipping charges will not be affected.

7. Can I get my order delivered even sooner?

If your merchandise must arrive sooner than our usual delivery time of 7-10 business days, we offer expedited delivery on all in stock merchandise. Please call 1-888-99-MANGO and a customer service representative will gladly assist you. Also, please note the following:

1. All orders require a minimum of 1-2 days processing time.
2. If your order (or part of your order) is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours so you may choose another item or change the shipping method, if necessary.
3. Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

8. What credit cards do you accept?

MangoTreeHome.com gladly accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express credit cards. If for any reason your credit card cannot be processed, we will notify you by e-mail within 24 hours.

10. When will a purchase be removed from a bridal registry?

Online purchases are removed from a bridal registry as soon as the order has been processed, generally within 15 minutes after the order has been submitted. In-store purchases are usually updated as soon as the items have been rung at the cash register. If an item you purchased has not been updated, please call 1-888-99-MANGO or e-mail customerservice@mangotreehome.com and we will update the registry.

11. Can you help me select a gift for clients or bridesmaids?

We'd be happy to help you select an appropriate gift for a client or gifts to thank your bridesmaids. We can discuss and recommend ideas in any price range and quantity.
